Quick answer: Yes, AI girlfriend apps make photos, but almost always as a paid extra. Of my three free test accounts, only GirlfriendGPT’s produced pictures: two for 20 of its 30 free coins on 10/17/2026. Each app prices a photo in its own currency, such as 10 coins at GirlfriendGPT or 50 “Moments” at Secrets AI.
Can an AI girlfriend send photos?
An AI girlfriend can send photos in most of the apps I checked, but the free part rarely includes them. GirlfriendGPT was the exception on 10/17/2026. Its image tool, opened from the character’s page, turned one safe café prompt into two pictures for 20 coins.
Secrets AI gives free accounts no “Moments,” and they can’t buy any, so there are no images on its free tier. Swipey AI’s message box offers “Image” and “Video” buttons, but my free Hearts were gone on messages before I could try them.
Some apps also offer a separate image tool next to the chat, as GirlfriendGPT does. Its tool kept Safe Mode and Auto-Enhance switched on by default, and the options for 4 or 8 pictures at once were locked on a free account. What to check before you pick one
Before you pick an app for photos, check four things. They are the free images, the price of one image, the credits a plan adds each month, and whether you can buy more. Payments and cancel steps are a separate check, listed in checkout prices and cancel steps for every app.
- Free images. GirlfriendGPT’s 30 free coins covered two pictures in my test.
- Price per image. Lovescape’s site data lists 9 “chips” per image, and 18 on one model.
- Monthly credits. Secrets AI’s Premium plan adds 8,000 Moments a month.
- Buying more. Lovescape and Secrets AI sell extra credits only to paying subscribers.
Step 1: Pick an app and create an account
Pick an app whose free account includes at least a few images, then sign up. GirlfriendGPT and Nectar AI include some on their free plans, in coins or in daily generations. Both signed me up with an email and a one-time code, and no card.
Step 2: Ask for a photo in chat or use the image tab
You ask for a photo in two ways: a button or a request in the chat, or a separate image tab. GirlfriendGPT offers both, an “Ask” button in the chat and a “Generate Pictures” tool. Nectar AI’s message box has a “Media Generation” button with “Send me a photo” and “Generate photos,” the second marked for its top plan.
My Nectar AI request came after the free message limit, so it got the plans window instead of a picture.
Step 3: Check the token cost before you confirm
Check the price on the button before you confirm, because each image comes out of your balance. Lovescape’s Help Center says, “Each image shows its Chip cost before generation.” Nectar AI’s docs say, “Check the displayed price before confirming a paid action.”
GirlfriendGPT publishes its coin prices in the account: 10 coins for an image, 20 for its Character Pro images, 6 for an upscale, and 50 to 300 for a video. Swipey AI’s free balance shows in the header, but it didn’t show an image price before I spent it.
How much AI girlfriend photos cost
One AI girlfriend photo is paid for in the app’s own credits, and the credits come with a paid plan. The table lists what five apps published or showed between 10/14/2026 and 10/17/2026.

Partly. GirlfriendGPT’s image tool offered four styles on 10/17/2026: Anime, Realistic Lite, Realistic Pro, and Character Pro. The last two were locked on a free account, and so were the options for 4 or 8 pictures at once. Its Safe Mode and Auto-Enhance switches were both on by default.
Do the photos you request stay private?
They stay in your account, and how you remove them differs by app. Secrets AI says deleting your account removes your chat history right away. GirlfriendGPT’s and Swipey AI’s Privacy Policies don’t say whether your chats train their models. Read each app’s policy before you ask for a picture of anything personal.
Which apps let you ask for photos right in the chat?
Nectar AI, GirlfriendGPT, and Swipey AI put photos in the chat itself. Nectar AI’s message box has a “Media Generation” button with “Send me a photo.” GirlfriendGPT’s message box has an “Ask” button for a picture. Swipey AI’s offers “Image” and a 10-second “Video” under “Show me the scene.”
