You may use this site only if you’re 18 or older. It reviews AI companion apps that offer 18+ content, although the site itself shows no explicit images.

What this site is

Late Night Ledger publishes independent information about AI companion apps: prices, free plans, billing, cancellation, data, and content rules, as checked on the dates shown. It doesn’t make or sell any app, it has no user accounts, and it doesn’t sell anything itself.

If you subscribe to an app, your contract is with the company behind it, under that company’s terms.

Prices and dates

Every price on this site comes with the date I checked it on the app’s site. Apps change prices, plans, and trials without notice, so the checkout may show something different on the day you visit. The app’s own checkout is the final word on what you pay.

The text, the screenshots I took, and the AI Companion Fine Print Index table belong to Late Night Ledger.

App names, logos, and interfaces belong to their owners. We show them to review the apps, and showing them doesn’t mean any app endorses this site.

Quoting and copying

You may quote short passages and use figures from the AI Companion Fine Print Index if you name Late Night Ledger and link to the page you quote. You may not copy whole pages, tables, or screenshots, or republish them as your own. For anything beyond a short quote, ask us first through the contact page.

Buttons and links on this site lead to the apps’ own sites. We don’t run those sites and aren’t responsible for what they show, charge, or collect. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you’re there.

Your use of the apps

Each app sets its own age rules, content rules, and billing terms, and you accept them when you sign up. Nothing on this site gives you permission to break them, and we don’t help anyone get around an app’s age checks, limits, or paywalls.

Limits of liability

The information here is general information, provided as is. It isn’t legal or financial advice.

Each fact on this site carries the date it was checked, and apps can change after that date. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on this site or from your dealings with any app.

The company behind each app is responsible for its service, its billing, and its refunds.

Accuracy and corrections

If a fact on this site no longer matches what an app shows, tell us through the contact page. We check it against the app’s own pages, fix the text, and change the date. A company can’t have an accurate fact removed by asking. How each fact is checked in the first place is set out in how the score is built.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the law of the state where you live.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the “Updated” date at the top changes with them. Using the site after that date means you accept the new version. Questions go to the contact page, and what we do with the data you send is in the privacy policy.
