There’s no contact form. Email is the only way to reach us, and the editor described under who does the checking reads every message.

For readers

Write if a price, a step, or a plan on this site no longer matches what the app shows. Tell us the page, what you saw, and the date. A screenshot helps, but blur your name, your email, and anything explicit before you send it.

A useful correction names the page, what the page says, what the app shows now, and the date and country where you saw it.

You can also ask us to check an app we haven’t covered. We can’t promise a review, and we don’t answer questions about getting around an app’s age checks or message limits.

For companies

Send us an evaluation account; the score comes from our methodology and may be low.

The account goes through the same steps as any other, described in how we check and score AI companion apps. We don’t offer paid listings.

Corrections of fact are welcome from companies too. Send the page address, the fact, and a link to your own page that shows it.

For journalists and researchers

You may cite the AI Companion Fine Print Index and the facts on our reviews with a link to the page, as set out in the terms of use. The index page gives the citation format and a CSV file of the full table.

What we can’t help with

We don’t run any of the apps we review, so we can’t cancel a subscription, issue a refund, recover an account, or see your chats. For those, write to the app’s own support. Its review on this site lists how to cancel and where the refund policy is.

Personal data

We use what you send only to reply and to fix the page, and we keep it for 12 months after our last reply. What rights you have are in the privacy policy. The rules for quoting and using this site are in the terms of use.

Corrections

When a fact on a page turns out to be wrong, we fix the text and change the “Updated” date. There’s no separate “Update:” note, and the wrong version doesn’t stay on the page.
