How we scored Secrets AI

Secrets AI has five axis scores and no total, because the chat axis needs a test account and I couldn’t open one. The method behind Secrets AI’s score gives no total while any axis has no result. Features that only Secrets AI’s own pages describe score half a point each on the checklist axes.

• Characters and customization: 2.5/10. The store page lists custom characters and personas, and I couldn’t try either.

What is Secrets AI and who makes it

Secrets AI is a browser-based AI companion site: you chat with characters, and paid plans add monthly “Moments” for images, video, and calls. The sign-up window advertised “1,000,000+ AI companions” on 10/16/2026.

The company is Secret Labs Inc., which the Terms describe as “a corporation registered in both Canada and the United States,” with an address in Dover, Delaware. The Terms set the law of British Columbia, Canada, with arbitration there. They also say every chat is with an AI and “no live humans are involved.”

The Terms say the site isn’t offered where its content is illegal or “subject to age verification measures.” I didn’t check which places that excludes.

Chat quality and memory: our test

I have no chat result for Secrets AI. On 10/16/2026, the “Create Free Account” button stayed inactive until a Cloudflare “Verify you are human” box was ticked, and I don’t click through bot checks. Without an account, the 5-message memory script couldn’t run.

Secrets AI’s wiki describes a “Basic” memory on the free tier. I’ll add a grade if a test account opens. How other apps did on the same script is in each review linked below.

Secrets AI’s cheapest plan is Premium at $109.99/yr, billed once ($9.17/mo), on the store page seen from a US network on 10/15/2026. Paid month to month, Premium costs $19.99/mo. The store page doesn’t say whether plans renew, but the Terms say they do, for the same term.

The crossed-out prices come from “standard” figures in the site’s code, $39.99/mo for Premium. The store’s “77% OFF” tab measures the yearly price against that figure, not against the $19.99/mo you pay month to month. Whether a yearly plan renews at $109.99 is not verified (requires a paid plan), as of 10/16/2026.

Free plan

Secrets AI’s free tier is permanent: 20 messages a day, reset daily and tied to your device, per the wiki (updated 10/07/2026). Free accounts get no Moments and can’t buy any, so images, video, and calls need a plan.

On 10/16/2026, the sign-up form asked for a username, an email, and a password, with no card or phone number. A banner above it offered “200 Free Moments!” with a countdown timer, which the wiki doesn’t mention. I couldn’t check whether those Moments arrive, because sign-up stopped at the bot check.

Characters and customization

The store page lists custom characters on paid plans and “Personas & advanced customization” on Ultimate. The wiki puts the first custom character at no cost and later ones at 500 Moments, while the site’s code holds a higher figure.

Images, voice and video

Secrets AI publishes the Moments price of each action, which few companion sites do. An image costs 50 Moments, an audio call 50 Moments a minute, and an adult video 600 Moments, per the wiki (updated 09/17/2026). The monthly grant doesn’t roll over, while Moments you buy don’t expire.
